- The Toca T2151G fibreglass shekere is a percussion instrument with quite a cheerful look about it. Its core is a gourd-like body made of fibreglass, while the netting of glass beads around the body gives the instrument a groove shaker sound. By striking the bottom of the shekere you create a mid/low bass tone, reminiscent of the sound of an udu drum. All in all, this instrument can produce highly complete grooves.
