- Low noise/ESR power supply Delivering best in class noise performance the Triton Audio D2O is fitted with a discrete low ESR voltage regulator and premium components to ensure that even under duress with maximum gain your signal will remain crystal clear. For preamps ensuring the signal to noise ratio is as low as possible is crucial. Different sound sources will require a different amount of gain to provide the optimum level going into your recording setup and therefore its pivotal to make sure that throughout the gain sweep the noise floor remains very low. Even the most insensitive microphones can now be pushed as far as they need to go to get the sound you need for your productions without introducing copious levels of noise. Switchable transformer ratio For maximum versatility the TritonAudio D2O features a switchable transformer ratio between 1:1.75 (LO) or 1:3.5 (HI). As well as setting the voltage gain the switch also changes the input impedance of the preamplifier between 2.25 kOhm and 6.25 kOhm. With this versatile switch you now have more tonal shaping options than ever before to get the right sound for your microphone. Whether youre using a vintage sensitive ribbon microphone or a modern insensitive dynamic microphone you can adjust your TritonAudio D2O Stereo to suit your needs to get the desired sound for your productions. Selectable circuit path Giving you the option to change the path of the internal circuit the TritonAudio D20 Stereo lets you switch between an all-FET circuit or a hybrid Tube-FET circuit. Each signal path provides you with a unique sonic character that sculpts and shapes your tone with complex harmonics and musical saturation. For contemporary producers and engineers the TritonAudio D20 Stereo offers a flexible range of tones to broaden your tonal palette and find the right sound for your microphone.
