- About Tuner Fish Lug Locks The journey for the perfect lug lock began after Mark Richardson (Skunk Anansie Feeder) had tried and tested every lug lock on the market and found that none of them worked properly. This is when he had the idea to design one that would meet the intensive demands of long live shows and recording sessions. He asked Mike Bigwood if he could help bring this idea to market and between them they designed and manufactured Tuner Fish Lug Locks. These small innovative locks feature a fish shape with a star-shaped cavity in the body for covering the top of the tuning rod. This allows the tail of the fish to rest against the hoop locking it in place securely. You can even attach the Tuner Fish Lug Locks to the resonant side if you add the optional Tuner Fish Secure Bands.
