- Walrus Audio introduce the Canvas Series Re-Amp: a practical studio tool that can be used to give any existing guitar riffs, licks, rhythm parts and leads recorded through a DI a completely different sound by running it through your amp. This passive re-amper has a 20 to 20,000 Hertz flat frequency response and comes fitted with ground-lift, mute and phase inversion controls, plus an ever-useful high-pass filter. The Canvas Re-Amp: Superiorly Simple and Effective To start re-amping, simply connect the unbalanced jack output to your combo or amp head before pulling up your go-to DAW to any recording to the XLR or jack input of the Canvas Re-Amp via your audio interface. The specially-wound isolated transformer inside this re-amp box will keep any impedance disparities out of the equation. Also, besides guitars, the Walrus Audio Canvas Re-Amp can of course also be used to restyle the recorded sound of your drums, bass guitar parts and vocals.
