- 4 Octave Range with Clean Note Tracking The Walrus Audio Luminary V2 generates 4 individual octave notes with fast and clean note tracking courtesy of the powerful SHARC processor. Each octave note (-2 -1 +1 +2) can be set at an independent level so you can dial in the perfect blend of octaves you require. This allows you to exercise complete creative control over your octave sound and when paired with the rest of your rig can help you create shimmering soundscapes that will blast your performance into another dimension. Flutter and Attack The V2 version of the Luminary pedal features a new Flutter control to add a shimmering tremolo effect to the octave notes. These updated features have turned an already unique and versatile guitar pedal into an absolute powerhouse - the V2 will bring the best out of any guitarists performance tonally and creatively it simply begs to be played. One of the controls carried forward from the V1 pedal is the Attack control which now features a longer time response. It lets you determine the notes fade-in speed from instantaneous to a slow fade-in effect - just like an auto-swell. Presets and Smart Switch The Luminary V2 features 3 onboard presets for you to store your sounds along with an additional live-mode - this is ideal for live performances where you can access your ready-made tones in an instant. The Luminarys bypass foot switch has a "Smart" function where it allows you to engage the pedal momentarily - perfect for highlighting short riffs and musical passages during a live performance. All of these features are geared towards improving your performance on stage and if they are harnessed properly can become a lethal secret weapon in your arsenal. External Expression Pedal Control The Luminary V2 also has an external expression control input for remote control of any of the pedals parameters. The parameter can be set by internal DIP switches giving you the potential to explore different sound effects with remote expression pedal control.
