PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
- The Warwick EMP Coated 38401 M 6 Stainless Steel 25-135 is a nice medium string set for 6-string electric bass, tuned B-E-A-D-G-C. The strings have stainless steel windings around a hexagonal core, on the B string (which is the thickest) they are a bit thinner at the bridge (taperwound), so the string does not get too high and it vibrates better. This set gives your bass a crisp sound with pronounced midrange and tight intonation. Moreover, the strings last extra long, having been treated with a special protective coating that repels dirt and prevents corrosion.
