On top of that the EQ now features real-time visual feedback across all frequencies making it easier than ever to fine-tune your sound with clarity and precision. Best of all this update is fully backwards compatible so all your previous presets tweaks and settings will work seamlessly and it supports every Addictive Drums 2 expansion including ADpaks MIDIpaks and Kitpiece paks. Boutique Mallets Custom-made drum kit To capture the natural and warm sound needed to complement mallet drum playing a custom hand-made Wacco drum kit was used in this session. Constructed from heat treated maple with a natural satin oil finish maple hoops and rope tuners the Wacco provides a boutique warm and smooth sound. A one-of-a-kind snare drum has been sampled with snare wires on and off to give you a diverse range of sounds from subtle melodic tones with no wires to more aggressive and explosive sounds with wires on perfect for cinematic impacts. Matched with this unique drum kit are an array of Meinl Byzance cymbals perfect for their dry and crisp sound with a distinctive washy decay that pairs perfectly with mallet drumming styles. Meticulously sampled in the world-famous recording room in Soundtrade Studios the Boutique Mallets ADpak provides a spacious and warm sound thats perfect for adding texture to your music or for creating cinematic soundscapes. For maximum versatility it has been sampled with both sticks and mallets to give you a wide range of options regarding the attack of your drums to make sure your composition gets the timbre it needs.
