The new Boost mode for the compressor adds extra punch to your beats with multiband compression specially tuned for drums giving your tracks more energy and impact. On top of that the EQ now features real-time visual feedback across all frequencies making it easier than ever to fine-tune your sound with clarity and precision. Best of all this update is fully backwards compatible so all your previous presets tweaks and settings will work seamlessly and it supports every Addictive Drums 2 expansion including ADpaks MIDIpaks and Kitpiece paks. Modern Soul And R&B Organic and articulate Comprised of a Yamaha Absolute Hybrid Maple kit the Modern Soul and R&B ADpak gives you the tools needed to achieve genre-accurate sounds and flavours that will help to level up your productions. A large 22x16" kick drum is used to provide the booming low end that gives your static grooves movement and energy whilst two snare drums are used to cover a wide range of sounds and styles from big and fat hits with the 14x5.5" Longo Solid Ply Cherry to snappy and articulate hits with the 14x5" Ludwig Acrolite. Your music is smooth and so should your cymbals be! The hand-picked Meinl cymbals create a smooth and balanced top end that compliments your productions and add the sparkle in your tracks. Vintage Dry A venture through time The Vintage Dry AD Pack brings you the classic sound of the 70s with fat dry and authentic tones that is perfect for a huge range of genres from classic rock disco funk and much more! The crisp and articulate tones are perfect for creating a solid backbeat to your productions laying the bed for you to develop your song on top of. The kit is comprised of a Ludwig Silver Sparkle from 1968 that has been modified and tuned to perfection for era-appropriate tones. Each drum has been individually dampened with pillows newspaper or felt sheets to create the tight and dry sound that cuts through your mix. To ensure sonic authenticity only microphones that were produced throughout the 60s - 70s such as Coles Neumann and Sennheiser were used to capture the performance of this immensely detailed pack all running through vintage API consoles to provide the shaping and subtle saturation that only vintage mixing boards can provide.
