- Intermediate model Much of the design of the YCR-4330 GIIS takes inspiration from Yamahas professional cornet model the YCR-6330II. The slightly narrower-bored construction offers the same rich characteristic cornet sound with a much easier response and the beautiful silver-plated finish gives the instrument a subtle yet rich timbre. The bell design is a two-piece gold brass construction with a dark tonal quality fantastic projection and excellent blowing resistance. Special features The Yamaha YCR-4330 GIIS features new pistons caps and buttons crafted from durable Monel alloy. These new additions help to increase the models lifespan as well as to improve the quality of sound and playability. The second and main tuning slides are made using the same methods as high-end Yamaha models ensuring stability durability and delivering an excellent tone. This cornet also features a redesigned rounded leadpipe giving the instrument a smooth response and a warm tone. Included extras The YCR-4330 GIIS comes included with a Yamaha CR-11E4S mouthpiece and a professional-quality Yamaha cornet case.
