The Warwick PA 500 Bass Power Amp Head 500W is a transparent power amp built for bass players who want to define their own sound with a preamp, pedalboard or amp modeller. This amp does exactly what is expected of it: amplify the signal without colouring or distorting it, what you send into it comes back out powerful and clear. The controls are also very simple and straightforward, with just a 4-band EQ and volume control. Via the line in jack you connect your multi-effect or preamp, and then you have a choice of two outputs: either you go via Speakon to a cabinet, or you choose the line out jack to link through to a PA or recording device. It doesn't get more plug and play than that, and with a power output of 500W at 4Ohm and 300W at 8Ohm, this PA 500 can be used anywhere, from the rehearsal hall to the bigger stages or in the studio.
