- BaK-4 prisms and a fully waterproof exterior that is purged with air and filled with dry nitrogen gas to ensure a clear, fog-free viewing experience. The BaK-4 prisms with phase coating increases contrast and resolution for sharper and more detailed images. The multi-coated optics provides maximum light transmission for brighter images. The Celestron Nature DX binoculars offer a 16cm close focusing distance and provide a detailed, up-close observation of subjects in close proximity, as well as subjects at a distance. The strong and polycarbonate body provides a strong and durable construction, whilst keeping weight to a minimum. The 8x32s offer an 8x magnification and feature a 32mm diameter and are suitable for general outdoor viewing.
