- The JBL Control 2PM is a compact active monitor that is perfectly suited to function as a master speaker thanks to its stereo input and output for a passive monitor. This speaker is equipped with a 5.25-inch woofer and a 0.75-inch tweeter that together produce a balanced, detailed tone that spans their entire frequency range. On the back of the housing there are XLR/jack combo inputs as well as an unbalanced RCA input, allowing you to connect virtually any sound source to the JBL Control 2 PM. JBL Control 2 PM: small but sweet Despite its compact size, this active monitor produces a powerful sound. The JBL Control 2 PM is equipped with a 2x 35W amplifier that produces a maximum sound pressure of no less than 111 decibels. Additionally, the speaker is magnetically shielded, so that placing it next to a computer monitor or TV won't pose a problem at all - making the JBL Control 2 PM the perfect monitor speaker for in the studio, home theatre or AV setup.
