- Micro Preamp Collection The 10 Two Stone is part of a series by Mooer which features micro preamp models that are each based on a different tube amplifiers sound. Mooer used advanced technology in order to analyse the preamp section of popular amplifiers in order to understand what makes the sound so good quality and so unique. They then used this information to create the Micro Preamps which each capture the individual tone and character of the popular amplifier model. The Two Stones sound is a modern classic with incredibly rich harmonics and crystal clean tones. Channel/Cabinet Switch The Mooer Two Stone Preamp features dual channel that can be operated using the CH/CAB switch for versatile uses. The Ch/CAB Switch can also be used to turn the Speaker Cabinet Simulation on or off. The Speaker Cabinet Simulation is extremely handy for when you want to use the micro preamp without lugging around a heavy cabinet or amplifier. As the Cab Sim works to simulate a good quality speaker cabinet and therefore lets you plug directly into a PA system or recording interface without the need for a real amp.
