Product Fundamentals
- A pedalboard favourite for years, the little red demon that is the MXR Dyna Comp wields mind-bending, near-infinite sustain. Pull it back a bit, and this pedal can give chords and even finger-picking some tight and prominent attack while solos are given a satisfyingly fluid sound. Using the MXR M102 Dyna Comp Bearing a stupidly simple two-pot layout this pedal is dialled in via a Sensitivity pot, which sets the volume level where the Comp kicks in to compress or emphasise the sound while the Output pot controls the total volume. High Grade Design Inside this pedal lies a true bypass circuit, ensuring that, when the Dyno Comp is kicked off, the guitar signal is directly linked to the pedal output, leaving your sound clean and uncoloured. And, while it can be powered by a 9V battery, the M102 edition can also be powered by a standard 9V power supply for maximum gig-ready convenience.
